PELUH sports shirt

If you want to use the PELUH sports shirt as a training and running shirt, we recommend using functional fabrics. The most common is functional jersey. In any case, when shopping or searching online, make sure that the shirt is suitable for sports.

The following properties are optimal:

• Elasticity: Elastic fabrics are super comfortable because they move with you. In our opinion, this is a must for every sports shirt.
• Breathability: Breathable materials allow water vapor to pass from the inside to the outside. This means that sweat is wicked away and the skin remains pleasantly dry.
• Quick-drying: This property naturally supports breathability. The shirt feels dry quickly and doesn't stick unattractively to the body. And it's great if the shirt can be used again quickly after washing - for the next training session.
• Light and soft to the touch: The lighter and softer the material, the more comfortable it feels to wear - and that is of course even better when doing active sports.
• Easy care: It is important that the sports shirt can be easily washed in the washing machine. We advise against functional fabrics that have to be washed by hand.

For the PELUH sports shirt, you can use the following values ​​for the maximum fabric consumption - based on a fabric width of 150 cm and including seam allowance, 3 cm hem and buffer.

Long-sleeved version - completely made of a single fabric 150 cm

Short-sleeved version - completely made of a single fabric 130 cm

Long-sleeved version - with back and sleeve insert made of mesh or second fabric 150 cm main fabric
85 cm mesh or secondary fabric

Short-sleeved version - with back and sleeve insert made of mesh or second fabric 120 cm main fabric
85 cm mesh or secondary fabric

TIP: If you only want to sew the sleeve insert out of mesh, you will need about 45 cm of mesh and with a fabric width of 150 cm you will still have plenty of material left over for other sports shirts!
