License to use my patterns to sell goods

Are you planning to sell goods privately or commercially or to produce small series using my patterns ? You can purchase a license for this purpose here. With this license, works created using my patterns can be sold privately or commercially and also offered on the Internet.

This license is only valid for one pattern , which means you have to purchase a separate license for each pattern in my shop. Please adhere to the license conditions. We have had to take legal action in the past due to serious violations and we don't want that.

After your purchase, please send us an email to support@naehfrosch.de with the following two pieces of information:

• Name of the pattern (for which the license should apply)
• company, shop, blog or private name

Note: You will not receive a response from us and can start right away. If we need any further information, we will contact you.

The following are the license terms:

• The license term is one year , which begins upon receipt of the invoice.
• The license is only valid for the named pattern, i.e. a separate license is required for each pattern .
• No more than 50 units may be produced per month with this license. If you want to produce more, you will need to purchase another license for each additional 50 units produced per month.
• This license also covers the use of my patterns for demonstrations or sewing courses .
• The distribution or reproduction of the pattern is not permitted.

The issued invoice with the invoice number as the license number serves as proof of license .
