The sleep mask is really easy to sew! It's ready in no time and the strap can be adjusted to suit your own stubborn head. It's a nice size, so everything is "well sealed".

fabric recommendation

It doesn't really matter which one, but I find jersey or sweat more comfortable to wear than woven fabric.

fabric consumption

A scrap of fabric, or two, is really enough for the outside and the inside. You also need jersey noodles (a strip of jersey that rolls up and can be used as a band)
or fabric for a tunnel into which you pull an elastic band or a special elastic band and a small strip of fabric/jersey noodle for the two loops.
