Sewing a Practical Pencil Case
With the PENSIL pencil case, your fineliners, brush pens or colored pencils are always with you. The case is attached to the sketchbook with an elastic band and is always ready to hand.
Do you keep a bullet journal, do hand lettering, enjoy drawing or are you writing your first book? Or do you jot down your child's laugh-out-loud sayings when you're out and about? There are many reasons why you always carry a notebook with you. But with a book you also need the right pen! Or several. With the PENSIL pencil case you are now well equipped and can jot down your thoughts when you're out and about or use your free (waiting) time creatively. You can of course also letter or paint the pencil case itself if you sew it out of Snappapp.
Sewing an individual case, even as a beginner
Have you never sewn anything from sturdy materials like Snappapp, cork, vegan leather or faux leather? This could be your first project! With just a few stitches, you can get used to the material.

Sturdy materials with plenty of support that don't fray at the edges are suitable for the pencil case. SnapPapp, Kulörtexx, creative paper and other "vegan leather" / "sewable paper" are just as suitable as sturdy felt, cork, artificial leather or even leather and ReLeda (recycled leather). You need a piece of fabric the size of about an A4 page. If you want to attach an elastic band, you will also need a 3 cm wide elastic band, enough to fit around your book.
