All production processes of the Scanfil Organic Cotton cotton yarn follow the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) guidelines. No toxic chemicals are used in the cultivation of the organic cotton. Natural insecticides protect plants, the environment and ultimately people. The spools are made of environmentally friendly wood. The sewing thread is durable and has excellent sewing properties.
